The FBA firm was founded as a continuation of the Ferrari Bravo Anichini Law Firm, which has handling civil and commercial matters since the 1970s.

We assist some of the most important companies in Florence on a daily basis, helping them to manage their business relations, both in Italy and abroad, for ordinary and extraordinary transactions (sale of shares, rental or disposal of companies, etc.)

We represent companies and individuals in legal disputes before the Italian Courts, with expertise in finding an amicable solution to the dispute.

Over the years, in fact, we have realised that, in many cases, we provide a better service to customers if we guide them in settling the dispute out of court.
